If you have some social media clout, or want some, you can earn money by creating social media posts to strengthen the Frattallone’s Hardware & Garden brand.
Create fun content for the store using photos and video to showcase our amazing staff, products, and services, and if we share it on our social media, you’ll get $5 for a video post and $10 for a video post. We have a few ideas to get you going:

You can take pics or videos on the clock, as long as it doesn’t interfere with normal duties or helping customers. Feel free to collaborate with or include other employees. The more photos or clips you send for a particular topic, the more likely it can be used – the less editing or filters, the better. Who knows, if you submit enough great content, you might get the opportunity to do it regularly.
Customers come first – prioritize customer service at all times.Your store manager has final authority on job duties and task priorities.
Content must be new, original, and previously unshared
Photos and videos must not be watermarked or mention other accounts
Customers cannot appear in photos or videos, but fellow employees may briefly stand in for them to illustrate a service or product
Incentives only available to current employees
Wear your uniform and adhere to dress and conduct codes in content
Keep content clean, safe, and family-friendly
1) Fill out a printed copy of the Photo and Video Waiver Release with your manager (you may download it from this page). Your manager will submit the signed release to keep in your employee file. The form must be completed before any content can get posted.
2) Email your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, store location, and a description of the post.

Payment is per-post; posts may comprise multiple photos or videos or be cross-posted between platforms or used in emails, print, or other business-related platforms.
Not all submitted content may be used, and may be altered or edited from original form.
Post schedule will not be shared prior to posting, as things may change and there is no guarantee content will be posted.
Payment will be added to your next paycheck after the post goes live on one of Frattallone’s business platforms or channels.
If you end your employment, Frattallone’s retains all rights to submitted content, including platforms and media outside of social media. By submitting content, you agree to the above stated rules, and must abide by Frattallone’s Hardware & Garden conduct policies.
